of the FCHC North Medical Office Building on the campus of
Fulton County Health Center at 725 South Shoop Avenue in

After Hours
If you need to speak to a pediatrician after hours, call the physician on call at 844-694-1265. The on call physician will not call in routine refills, antibiotics or controlled substances.

Directions to FCHC Pediatrics located on the second floor of the North Medical Office Building on the Fulton County Health Center Campus
From the North:
Take State Route 108 south into Wauseon. Drive through town. We are located on the east side of State Route 108 on the south side of Wauseon. Turn left in the second drive of our campus and follow the signs to the North Medical Office Building.
From the South:
Take State Route 108 north into town. We are located on the east side of State Route 108 just as you enter Wauseon. Turn right in the third drive of our campus and follow the signs to the North Medical Office Building.
From the East:
Take the Ohio Turnpike or US 20A west to State Route 108. Turn left at State Route 108 and travel south. Drive through town. We are located on the east side of State Route 108 on the south side of Wauseon. Turn left in the second drive of our campus and follow the signs to the North Medical Office Building.
From the West:
Take The Ohio Turnpike, State Route 2 or US 20A to State Route 108. Turn south. We are located on the east side of State Route 108 on the south side of Wauseon. Turn left in the second drive of our campus and follow the signs to the North Medical Office Building.
